Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays typically ship first thing the next business day.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery occurs approximately 1-6 business days after shipping with the exception of remote areas. All orders are shipped with UPS from our warehouses in Ottawa, ON. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.
