When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays typically ship first thing the next business day.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery occurs approximately 1-6 business days after shipping with the exception of remote areas. All orders are shipped with UPS from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.

What if my order is under $90?

We offer free shipping on orders over $90 when shipping across Canada. This free shipping offer excludes Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. Orders under $90 will incur the following shipping charges: $25 for orders between $0 and $29.99; $30 for orders between $30 and $59.99; $35 for orders between $60 and $89.99.
If you live in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon and would like to purchase a Sirena – please contact the nearest authorized Sirena distributor in your territory.

How big is the Sirena Water Vacuum Cleaner box?

The Sirena vacuum ships in 2 boxes that fit into a bigger master box. The smaller boxes contain the main unit, the power nozzle, standard attachments, various manuals, brochures, and accessories. The gross shipping weight of the master box is approximately 43 lbs (19.50 kg) and it has the following physical dimensions: 24in x 24in x 16in (61cm x 61cm x 41cm).

How do I activate my Sirena manufacturer’s warranty?

Please make sure you register your new Sirena products on our website here as soon as you receive them. Registering your Sirena products is a required step to activate your manufacturer’s warranty.

What exactly is covered under the Sirena manufacturer’s warranty?

What is covered under the 10-year warranty?

The 10-year warranty covers the main unit motor on new Sirena vacuums.

What about the rest of the machine? Power Nozzle, parts, etc.?

Your new Sirena Vacuum Cleaner comes with a 3-year warranty on parts (including the power nozzle motor, but not the normal wear parts such as the basin, belts, bristles, and brushes), and 1 year on labor.

What if I purchased a Recertified Sirena Vacuum?

Recertified Sirena vacuums are covered by a 1-year warranty on the main motor, 1-year on parts (including the power nozzle motor, but not the normal wear parts such as the basin, belts, bristles, and brushes), and 1-year on labor.

Please note that only the Recertified units purchased directly from us on this website include the abovementioned warranty coverage. Recertified (or refurbished) units purchased from third-party sellers (including marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, and others) are sold as-is and are not covered by our warranty!

The Sirena ProFlex Stick Vacuum comes with a 2-year warranty, offering you peace of mind with your purchase. This warranty specifically covers any defects in manufacturing, ensuring that your vacuum will perform optimally as long as the issues pertain to factory faults. However, it's important to note that wearable parts such as brushes, attachments, and filters are not included in this warranty. Therefore, any issues with these parts will need to be handled separately and are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies to products for indoor personal use only.

Your cookware is covered under a 2-year warranty for any defects in material or workmanship under normal household use for the stated period from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage from overheating, or damage from the use of an automatic dishwasher are not covered by this warranty.

This cookware is not intended for commercial or restaurant use.

Sirena Twisters are warrantied against manufacturer defect for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

We may, in unique circumstances and at our sole discretion, fix or replace any Sirena Twister deemed to be defective.

Improper handling, abuse, or failure to properly clean the Twister will deem the warranty void. Using any fragrances, liquids, or substances other than the Sirena Fragrance Pack or the Ocean Breeze Deodorizer, with your Sirena Twister is not recommended, may cause damage to the Twister, and will void the warranty.

Sirena Air Ionizers are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Sirena Rapid Pot is guaranteed under the premise of a 1-year limited warranty period, applicable to the original purchaser and not transferable to a third-party user.

Repair and replacement of defective parts are at the seller’s discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the seller will replace the product or part.

Product defects not covered under the warranty provisions include normal wear and damage incurred from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction specifications, or repair by unauthorized parties. The manufacturing company is not reliable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by such circumstances.

Sirena Elite Knife Set is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

We recommend hand washing as dishwashers are designed to spray water at a relatively high pressure, which can jostle the silverware and cause the knives to collide, dulling the edge.

Sirena Supreme Juicer is guaranteed under the premise of a 1-year limited warranty period, applicable to the original purchaser and not transferable to a third-party user.

Repair and replacement of defective parts are at the seller’s discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the seller will replace the product or part.
